Suppliers to Provide Consumables, Reagents and Kits for Testing in Laboratory

Wildlife Conservation Society, Viet Nam Program (WCS) is seeking for Suppliers who provide consumables, reagents and kits for testing in laboratory.

The suppliers should have the following requirements:

• Being authorized distributor of quoted products.
• Has at least 2 contracts/orders with equivalent value.

Proposals should include:

• Copy of Business license
• Copy of Authorized distributor certification
• Copy of at least 2 similar contracts/orders
• List of outstanding customers
• Signed and stamped quotation (use the attached form)

D Building, No. 3 Thanh Cong, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi. The financial proposal form is attached.
