Supplier to Provide Workshop Organizing Service in Ho Chi Minh City

Wildlife Conservation Society, Viet Nam Program (WCS) is seeking for a Supplier who provides workshop organizing service in Ho Chi Minh City (planned on 25-28 April, 2021) with following requirements:

1. Supplier:

• has at least 5 years of experience in organizing event, workshop
• has organized at least 3 workshops with more than 50 participants.

2. Venue:

• Has standard of 4 stars or higher
• Location in district 1 is preferred
• Has at least 2 conference/meeting rooms for more than 50 participants. Meeting rooms are with open view, no colum in the room, high ceiling (more than 4m).
• Has more than 80 rooms for accommodation.

3. Proposals should include:

• Company profile
• List of similar workshops have been done and feedback from clients
• List of supporting staff at the workshop
• Signed and stamped quotation (use the attached form)
