Service Provider to Develop the Sustainable Industrial Park Index (SIP)

Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD) under Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) is looking for a service provider to develop the Sustainable Industrial Park Index (SIP). SIP is developed according to economic - environmental - social and governance aspects (EESG) for industrial parks in accordance with development of socio-economic situation in general and businesses in Vietnam in particular. The service provider who is building SIP can fully use database and output of previous studies from IDH Vietnam and VBCSD.

The main tasks:

• Task 1. Developing a draft of SIP: deadline September 24, 2022
• Task 2. First consultation meeting to get comments and inputs on the draft of SIP: deadline September 27, 2022
• Task 3. Doing pilot of SIP in 03 selected industrial parks: deadline October 18, 2022
• Task 4. The 2nd consultation meeting to get comments and inputs to finalize SIP, providing final version in both Vietnamese and English: deadline October 25, 2022

Proposal requirements:

1. Competency Profile of service provider
2. Proposal in Vietnamese with contents related to approach, implementation plan, time frame and budget estimate.
3. Curriculum vitae of the research team leader and team members.
4. Application deadline: September 14, 2022

Proposal is submitted in sealed envelope. Outside of envelope is marked "Activity of building Sustainable Industrial Park Index" and send it to the following address:
