RFQ: Medical Masks for COVID-19 Response

The Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a five-year, global project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). EpiC Vietnam’s goal is to deliver efficient, affordable, results-based technical assistance and direct services while closing remaining gaps in Vietnam’s efforts to meet HIV epidemic control targets and address the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are seeking a qualified vendor to provide medical masks for COVID-19 response in Ho Chi Minh and neighboring provinces including Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Tay Ninh, Long An.

Required items:

The qualified vendor is expected to provide the following equipment:

Up to 120,000 pieces of masks with recommended minimum technical specification. Detailed specification is enclosed in the RFQ.

Timetable and Address for Submission

Proposals are due no later than 3PM 8 Nov 2021. Required documentation listed in RFQ must be e-mailed to [email protected].
