Result Based M&E Consultant on Public Serivce Delivery in Agriculture in Cao Bang Province

Rural Development Division (under DARD - Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in Cao Bang province) is implementing a project called “Improving the cooperation in providing agriculture services and effectiveness of production support policies in poverty reduction programs in Cao Bang” (the project is funded in the framework of Technical Assistance VIE/036 – Wise Use of Water and Agriculture from Lux Development to Cao Bang Department of Agriculture and Rural Development).

One component of the project is establishing an effective Result based M&E system for agriculture services in Cao Bang.

Rural Development Division in Cao Bang province is seeking for a consultant on Result Based Monitoring and Evaluation in Agriculture service delivery.
