“The Global Fund Project for Fighting HIV/AIDS” for the period 2018-2020 is funded by The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria/ Global Fund to Fight AIDS and implemented by the civil society component of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA). The Institut for Social Development Studies is assigned to implement the project in Hanoi, Hai Duong, Nam Dinh, Vinh Phuc, Thai Nguyen and established the Global Fund Project Department for this purpose.
