The Embassy of Australia in Hanoi is looking for a talented and energetic individual to fulfil the position of Project Officer (Finance, Contract, and Grant Compliance) (LE4).

Working for the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), the Project Officer (Finance, Contract, and Grant Compliance) primarily is the focal point for managing the program finance, budget and contracts, and to ensure grant projects comply with A4I program criteria. The position works closely with specialised innovation and development sub-contractors, grant recipients, and other external partners to ensure the timely and successful delivery of program initiatives.

Applicants should have extensive experience in program delivery involving international donors (previous experience working on programs funded by the Australian Government is an advantage). Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Vietnamese languages are essential.

The successful applicant will be offered a non-ongoing three year contract, with a potential for renewal. . The Embassy will consider flexible work arrangements. The full-time monthly gross salary ranges from VND 35,599,040 to VND 40,067,035 depending on skills and experience.
