Christina Noble Children’s Foundation (‘CNCF’) is one of the longest serving NGO’s in Vietnam and Mongolia. SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES DEVELOPMENT IN TRA VINH PROVINCE

I. PROJECT BACKGROUND:

MAG is an international humanitarian non-governmental organization clearing remnants of conflicts in current and former conflict zones. Present in Vietnam since 1999, MAG has been working to maximize community safety and help those most-at risk reduce their chance of being in a UXO accident.

We are seeking a fully qualified Senior Project Finance Officer (SPFO) to join our team who will bring value addition to Finance function of the MAG Vietnam programme.

Major functions: The SPFO shall support the Programme Finance Coordinator in bookkeeping, accounting and financial management of the Quang Tri Project Office at a high level.
