Pre-School Principal

PRE-SCHOOL PRINCIPAL

Asian Management and Development Institute (AMDI) is one of the leading research, education and consult institutes in Vietnam. At present, AMDI is implementing many bilateral and multilateral projects. Therefore, we are looking for a talented and dynamic candidate for our forthcoming pre-school system.

The principal will report directly to member of Board of Director.

TASK AND RESPONSIBILITY

Participate in school constructing phase

• Participate in investment plans, purchase equipment in classrooms that are tailored to each child group and the teaching and learning process

Operation management

• Operate and manage daily nursing and education activities for school’s management board, teachers, staffs and parents.
• Be responsible to education authority and Board of director/General director.
• Implement decisions of Board of Directors
• Build a strong relationship between school and parents
• Ensure discipline, order, security and environmental protection and school safety.
• Be responsible for general issues at school
• Directly instruct pre-school teachers
• Participate in extracurricular activities with students
• Coordinate with the department to develop rules and procedures for the school
• Make plan for school expenditure

Teacher management

• Directly direct the operation and management activities of teachers
• Plan and organize education and training activities to improve teaching and class management skills of teachers.
• Review teaching schedule and support for the content.
• Be responsible for teaching quality of the teachers.
• Recruit teachers and staff following human resource planning, directly involved in the recruitment process
• Assignment, management, evaluation, classification, reward and discipline of teachers and staff under regulations.
• Building a workplace culture for teachers and staff in accordance with company's strategy.

Enrollment management

• Manage student enrollment

REQUIREMENTS

• Female from 30 years old up
• Graduated from Early childhood pedagogy Colleges/Universities
• Have at least 6 years experiment in Early childhood pedagogy field, including at least 3 years experiment as a manager
• Office computer skills
• Understand the legal provisions relating to preschool education
• Capable of operate, manage and organize work
• Skills: Make plan, analyze, problem solving, and motivate.
