Save the Children started our work in Vietnam in 1990, and implements programs in the key thematic areas: Education, Health and Nutrition, Child Protection, Child Rights and Governance, Child Poverty, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Emergency Response. At present, Vietnam Country Office has programs in 22 out of 63 provinces in Vietnam.

Main Responsibilities:

The consultants are expected to provide knowledge and build up capacities for local partners involved in implementing the “Child-Centered community Development Program in Lao Cai” on UNCRC, Vietnam Children Law 2016, child protection and positive disciplines for representatives of provincial and district department of education & training as well as teachers and managers of schools in the project area.

Key Competencies:

Essential

The consultants should demonstrate:

Relevant expertise on UNCRC, Vietnam Children Law 2016, child protection and positive disciplines
Experience in providing training on UNCRC, Vietnam Children Law 2016, child protection and positive disciplines.
The trainers having master degree and at least 5 years of experience in a relevant discipline, e.g., education,
English language skills
