Vietnam Red Cross society is looking for a national consultant to conduct the baseline survey within the Project entitled: "Enhanced capacity of the Vietnam Red Cross (VNRC) at all levels in disaster risk management, first aid and healthcare in emergency situations that will safeguard lives, property, health and livelihoods of vulnerable people in targeted locations" funded by USAID.
