We are looking for 01 Intern, USAID Biodiversity Conservation, WWF-Viet Nam, based in Ha Noi.

Major Functions:

Interns will work under the supervision of the Field Coordinator for Cuc Phuong and Vu Quang National Park to fulfill the following tasks:

  • Support logistic and organization of online and offline meetings/workshops/events for Cuc Phuong and Vu Quang;
  • Assist in preparing budget estimation for meetings, receiving and general screening invoices, receipts and the supporting documents of payments regarding activities in Cuc Phuong and Vu Quang;
  • Assist in travel arrangement for project’s expat and project staff to Cuc Phuong and Vu Quang;
  • Undertake duty travel to Cuc Phuong and Vu Quang if needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Three-year or final year student majoring in Forestry, Biology, Language or in relevant fields;
  • Good interpersonal communication skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel;
