1. Vacancy: Human Resource (HR) Intern/Receptionist
Based in Hanoi
They are looking for a Vietnamese national for the position of HR Intern/ Receptionist to join operation team. The successful candidate will be based in Hanoi.
Main Responsibilities:
The HR Intern/Receptionist is responsible for supporting HR officer in HR routine works and issues. She also be main responsible for reception of the Hanoi office. HR Intern/Receptionist will work closely with other operation team members to make sure operation functions of Hanoi Office go smoothly and efficiently.
Key Competencies:
Essential:
• University degree in public administration or relevant field
• Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy and to deal with a variety of highly confidential and sensitive issues with discretion
• Good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
• Good prioritization skill and ability to coordinate a variety of work activities
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills
• Proven commitment to children rights and equality of opportunity
• Good computer and IT skills.
Desirable: Knowledge of Vietnam development issues and NGO networks
Contract Duration: 01 June – 31 December 2012

2. Vacancy: Project Intern for Child Protection Programme
Based in Hanoi
They are looking for a Vietnamese national for the position of Project Intern to join Child Protection team. The successful candidate will be based in Hanoi with frequent travels to project sites.
Main Responsibilities :
The Project Intern is responsible for supporting the project activities of Child Protection Programme on preparing project documents and doing logistic works.
Key Competencies:
• University degree and equivalent degree in social sciences
• Willing to learn and work in a dynamic atmosphere
• Enthusiastic with NGOs’ work in Vietnam
• Capacity to work effectively in a team and as an active team member
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Good liaison and negotiation skills
• Good computer skills in Word, Excel
Contractual conditions:
- Starting date: 01 June 2012
- Contract duration: 6 months contract with possible extension.
