We are looking for an HR intern to support a variety of HR related administrative tasks. You will support the HR department in duties like: posting job ads, recruitment/training logistics arrangement, updating HR database and supporting other admin. tasks.

If you are passionate to pursue HR as your career path and wish to accumulate necessary knowledge & experience for further development in this career, this position is for you.

Ultimately, you will have chance to work in a global and diversity work environment and enhance your skills by supporting and improving all HR functions.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage and update HR databases;
  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Post job advertisement on careers pages and process incoming resumes
  • Arrange logistics for job interview/meeting/training
  • Provide administrative support for HR team
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors as appropriate

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good planning & organizing skills; problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Excellent English skills
  • PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
