The Socialist Republic of Vietnam (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA Cr.4564-VN) through the World Bank for the Renewable Energy Development Project. The borrower intends to apply part of this credit to payments under a contract for Consulting Services on Hydropower Mapping and Planning.
