Aide et Action is an international NGO with its headquarter in Geneva, Switzerland. AEA began its program in 1981 and is currently working in 25 countries across Asia, Africa and Europe.  Since its establishment, AEA has committed to the improvement of accessing to quality education for over 3 million children around the world. AEA has been working in Vietnam since 2003 in provinces of Vietnam, namely Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Thai Nguyen. In the Implementation Strategy for the period of 2016-2020, the northern mountainous region of Vietnam is identified as one of the key areas of operation of the organization, including the provinces of Lao Cai, Lai Chau and Hoa Binh. AEA focus on main interventions such as Early Childcare Education (ECCE), Access to Quality of  Education; ILEAD –Initiative for Livelihoods Education and Development and Livelihood.

Aide et Action (AEA) officially becomes Action Educatio on 1st January 2023.

The project "Promoting quality and inclusive Early Childhood Care Education and Parenting skills" is implemented in Tam Duong district, Lai Chau province, Vietnam with the duration of 3 years, starting from January 2019 to the end of December 2024.

The aim of project is to ensure access to quality Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) for Ethnic minority children in two communes of Tam Duong district, Lai Chau province (Nung Nang, Khun Ha)  through enhanced teaching and quality of learning, responsive parenting and local ownership.

AEA had signed a cooperation agreement with Tam Duong District People's Committee on the establishment of a Community Development Program Management Unit (PMU) under Decision No. 1962 dated 13 October to implement the project “ child care and education and improving parenting skills” was carried out in 02 communes Khun Ha and Nung Nang, Tam Duong district, Lai Chau province.
