World Vision International Vietnam (WVV) is looking for the Consultant to fill the following vacancy:

Consultant(s) for TMSV Project assignment to develop the E-library for the National hotline

BACKGROUND:

TMSV’s Project Goal: This project will tackle Modern Slavery from Vietnam through harnessing the capacities of IOM, World Vision and British Council to implement a coordinated series of interventions that specifically align with existing work in Vietnam, and United Kingdom Official Development Assistance requirements in five target provinces: Nghe An (Yen Thanh; Dien Chau); Hai Phong (Hai Phong city; Thuy Nguyen); Quang Binh: (Dong Hoi, Bo Trach); Ha Tinh (Can Loc; Nghi Xuan); and Quang Ninh (Ha Long city).

WVV is responsible to implement the activities related to the impact area 3: Supporting the rehabilitation and reintegration of victims of trafficking through the identification, protection, support and successful reintegration of VoTs (Victims of Trafficking)/ PVoTs (Potential Victims of Trafficking) within the target states.

EVALUATION OBJECTIVES:

  • An e-library will be built to systemize knowledge and materials on human trafficking, how to better provide supports to victims of trafficking, including potential victims of human trafficking and to support the counselling of National hotline 111 operators.
  • An e-library will be developed and updated in digital data to ensure the updating and synchronization with legal documents of Vietnam and international conventions.

45 days

REQUIREMENTS:

The consultant may work as an individual or as leader of a consultancy team. The successful Lead Consultant should fulfill the following criteria:

  • Experience in developing legal documents related to human trafficking prevention.
  • At least 03 years of experience in human trafficking prevention, identifying and supporting Victims of Trafficking / Potential Victims of Trafficking.
  • Experience in synthesizing, providing resources, training documents, or e-library on human trafficking prevention.
  • Having experience in working with National Hotline 111, consulting for National hotline 111 operators, partners on identifying and supporting Victims of Trafficking is preferred.
