Consultants for Barrier Assessment

The Fred Hollows Foundation in Vietnam seeks expressions of interest from consultants to conduct an assessment to identify current barriers to accessing eye care services. Please refer to the attached TOR for more details.

Consultants who are interested in this evaluation will provide to FHFVN the following application documents:

• Application for this assessment.
• The CV/s of proposed consultant or team.
• Financial proposal for the assessment includes domestic travel costs, accommodation.
• Examples of relevant reports and a list of relevant assessment, research and evaluations that the consultant has done previously.
