Consultants at Agro-insurance Project

The project “Support in the design of Public – Private agricultural risk management system in Vietnam” (Agro-insurance project) is sponsored by Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) with the purpose of strengthening capacities for risk management in agriculture through agricultural insurance, contributing to the development of public-private agricultural insurance in Vietnam.

The Institute of Policy and Strategy for Agriculture and Rural development (IPSARD) is assigned as an implementation agency for the Agro-insurance project with a Project Management Unit (PMU) based in the Institute. In order to deploy the activities of the project, PMU is looking for 03 experienced and qualified Vietnamese consultants to carry out the tasks:

(1) Give comments to report of ENESA on proposing a public unit responsible for agro-insurance and procedures to set up and strengthen this unit;

(2) Give comments to report of ENESA on proposing an insurance model for coffee sector in Vietnam;

(3)  Give comments to report of ENESA on on recommendations for the effective implementation of the designed assurance system.
