Cowater International is seeking qualified service providers to undertake a digital inclusion scoping study to inform a cross-cutting digital inclusion strategy for the planned second phase of GREAT program.
GREAT will use the findings and recommendations in the report to develop the strategy for digital inclusion including Theory of Change and results framework.
