During the last 20 years, support to People with Disabilities (PWD) has become a main Program of MCNV in Vietnam. MCNV has programs focused on Rehabilitation for PWD in several provinces. Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped/VNAH (www.vnah-hev.org), a U.S based NGO, is implementing the “Disability Rights Enforcement, Coordination and Therapies” project funded by USAID. Within this project, VNAH, in coordination with Medical Service Administration (MSA) - MOH, is seeking a local consultant for comments and review on the Rehabilitation technical procedure.
