Consultant for TOC Workshop

VECO Vietnam is recruiting a consultant to facilitate Theory of Change (TOC) Workshops and Document the Theory of Change (TOC) of Rice, Tea, Vegetable, Cocoa Sub-sectors in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. Please find the attached ToR for further information.
