Irish Aid is seeking a Consultant Team Leader to carry out a study in December, 2011 "Evaluation of Irish Aid support to the UXO/demining  programmes in Cambodia, Lao PDR and Vietnam - 2009-2011" as described in ToR.

1. Details in their CV of UXO and community development related experience; and their ability to work as a team and team leader;
2. Concept note on how they would approach the assignment;
3. Details on their costings to carry out the assignment.
