Mekong Development Services (MDSC) is a development management service agency. MDSC contributes to development in Vietnam and other Countries in Greater Mekong Region through providing capacity building and technical assistance services to strengthen management and execution systems of development programmes. Our partners are International Development Agencies, NGOs, Government Institutions and Community-Based Organizations.
Positions
MDSC calls for applications from interested candidates for the following consultant positions

1 Consultant – O&M for community-based small-scale infrastructure
1 Consultant – Procurement
1 Consultant – Renewable energy and energy efficiency
Qualifications
Graduate degree in related fields (Master of PhD degree is an advantage)
Five years or more experience in related areas
Willing to travel out of town for 1-2 weeks on request
Proficient English is an advantage
