Consultant to conduct training on building strategy and business models, and cooperation and benefits sharing mechanism related to agricultural village-ecological tourism models in Yen Bai province

Center For Sustainable Development of Mountainous Communities (SUDECOM) is seeking a consultant to:

CONSULTANT TO CONDUCT TRAINING ON BUILDING STRATEGY AND BUSINESS PLAN, BUSINESS MODELS, AND COOPERATION AND BENEFITS SHARING MECHANISM RELATED TO AGRICULTURAL VILLAGE–ECOLOGICAL TOURISM MODELS IN YEN BAI PROVINCE

  SCOPE OF WORK

The Consultant will be expected to conduct the following tasks, including but not limited to:

1. Take  field trips to a model of Agricultural village – Ecological tourism;
2. Conduct a training course on the Overall Agricultural village – Ecological tourism models.
3. Build an operation strategy and business plan for the project model of Agricultural village – Ecological tourism;
4. Instruct to build a cooperation and benefit-sharing mechanism among the relevant partners to be involved in the models.

Expertise required

• Qualification: Bachelor or more in Sociology, Community Development, Economics, Tourism, or the others mentioned in the attached TOR;
• Experiences:
  
  • At least 5 years of experience in building materials and conducting training of capacity strengthening in the Agricultural village – Ecological tourism;
  • Having experiences in working on organizing and supporting the models of Agricultural village – Ecological tourism;
  • Having experiences in working with local social organizations, ethnic communities in the northern mountainous area, and the youth at the age of 16-24.
