Consultancy Services at the Ha Tinh Agricultural Development Project

The Ha Tinh Agricultural Development Project is funded by the Government of Canada through Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development. The Project is working with the poor rural men and women in Ha Tinh province. 

• The Project is seeking for national consultants to execute a series of packages as follows:
• Developing a business strategy for rice collaborative group
• Reforming tea collaborative group
• Delivering training courses for rice, tea, vegetable and pork value chains
• Delivering training course on marketing skill
• Assessing climate change impacts on agriculture
