Consultancy to Conduct the Endline Evaluation – DISTINCT Project

The Sustainable Health Development Centre (VietHealth) is a Vietnamese NGO working in the field of healthcare and community development with a particular focus on clean water and sanitation, supporting public health in disasters/emergency setting, sexual and reproductive health, maternal and child health, HIV/AIDs, disability, and primary health care. VietHealth’s Mission is to improve physical and mental health of children, women and vulnerable groups of disability, ethnic minorities, poor households, remote areas, and areas affected by the disasters and the most at-risk population (MARP) by developing, piloting, and expanding intervention models of affordable and convenient community health care services and solutions.

We are looking for a consultancy to conduct the Endline Evaluation as TOR attached.

The consultancy is expected to begin by end of March 2022 and to be completed by end of June 2022
