Consulltant for External Evaluation of the Country Strategy Period from 2006 -2010 (CSP IV)

ActionAid Vietnam is calling for proposals for service provision of external evaluation of the Country Strategy period from 2006 -2010 (CSP IV). The proposal should address the Terms of Reference (ToR) attached herewith.
