Join the world’s largest and most respected independent conservation organization as two positions; 1) Conservation Program Director based in Phnom Penh and 2) Head of MFF Landscape Program based in Kratie Province, Cambodia, and together we can conserve our country’s rich biological diversity, through sustainable use of natural resources, and promote new opportunities for the benefit of all people, enhancing local livelihoods and contributing to poverty reduction in the Kingdom of Cambodia

1. The Conservation Program Director (CPD) is responsible for the implementation of the Cambodia Conservation Plan/Annual Action Plan and Monitoring Systems (APMS) which is aligned to the Cambodia Program Strategic Plan (2021-2025) and Asia Pacific regional strategy and initiatives. He/she ensures the delivery of the activities of the conservation strategy at a country office level. He/she manages the landscape projects through Heads of Landscape Programs and other project managers, and works with support from Asia Pacific Regional Leads to ensure alignment. He/she will also secure resources for conservation programs to ensure resource prioritisation, allocation and work plan coherence across the WWF-Cambodia program. He/she is also responsible for country projects that fall outside the priority landscapes.
2. The Head of Landscape Program plays a critical role in managing the operation and conservation program in the landscape office and leading the MFF program team in planning, monitoring, and implementing the landscape conservation plan. S/he also has a crucial role in maintaining a good relationship with government departments, donors and WWF Network Offices. S/he is responsible for all aspects of this work, including the landscape program's planning, management, financial, administrative, and fundraising aspects. S/he organizes project execution consistent with program objectives and WWF strategic plan by engaging multi-stakeholders and promoting conservation impact.
