WWF-VIET NAM: RE-ADVERTISEMENT: CALL FOR PROPOSALS: "Consultant to integrate plastic waste management into university program"

Timeline: May 2022 to May 2023

Since January 2021, with the funding from WWF-Norway, WWF-Viet Nam has implemented the project entitled “Hue - A Plastic Smart City in Central Viet Nam” (hereafter referred to as TVA project) with an aim to turning Hue into a Plastic Smart City (PSC) and reducing the plastic waste leakage into environment by 30% in 2024. The integration of marine plastic waste management module into university program is consistent with the State policy and strategy and contributes to the implementation of commitments internationally on sustainable developing and achieving the SDGs.

In order to help increase the effectiveness of marine plastic waste management contributing to reduce plastic waste leakage into environment by 30% in 2024, WWF-Viet Nam is recruiting consultants to provide consultancy service on integrating plastic waste management into the university program.

HOW TO APPLY:

It is recommended that the consulting team submit bidding documents to Hoang Ngoc Tuong Van, Project Field Coordinator, [email protected], copy email [email protected], with title “Integration of Plastic Waste Management into University Program”, with the following documents: 

1. Work plan (including timeline, activities and deliverables), and staffing plan including CVs of individuals engaged in the project.
2. For contractors that are organizations, companies or enterprises, additional documents are required: Scan/photocopy of Business Registration Certificate, Company Profile, List of similar contracts;
3. For contractors who are independent consultants/experts, the selected case and before signing the agreement/contract need to add:

• In case the consultants/experts are currently employed by a state agency, a "Release Letter" must be attached, please refer to Appendix 1A.
• In case the consultants/experts are currently employed by an agency, company or organizations other than state agencies, a “Declaration Form” must be attached, please refer to Appendix 1B.

4. Financial proposal: funding based on average per day and other related costs for activities mentioned in section 5 – Deliverables. Please refer to Appendix 2.
