Administration/Accountant Assistant

Center for building Community Capacity on Environmental Protection (CEC) is a newly formed Vietnamese NGO. We are currently working on area of environmental protection and climate change. They  are looking for qualified Vietnamese candidates for the following positions:  Administration/Accountant Assistant
Based in Hanoi, Report to Program Manager

Key responsibilities:
- Ensure that accounting operations in the office is properly done.
- Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
- Ensure administration is well-managed
- Regularly report to the office management team
- Ensure good communication and effective circulation of information within the office
- Manage work and office -related contracts
- Assist CEC correspondence with government agencies, NGOs and other organizations
- Arrange logistics (hotel reservation, vehicle rental, air-ticket booking, etc.) for CEC’s staff and visitors
- Manage logistics for CEC staff meetings and workshops
- Perform other tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:
- University degree in development studies, social sciences or other related fields
- Experience in working with NGOs or a good understanding of community development is an advantage.
- Being sociable, responsive, and committed
- Spoken and written English
- Good teamwork, coordination, and presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel as required by the job
