WWF-VIET NAM: INVITATION TO BIDS - Planting 10 hectares of scattered native trees in Dong Thap Muoi Conservation and Ecotourism Area

WWF-Viet Nam would like to invite prospective bidders to submit sealed bids for the service of planting 10 hectares of scattered native trees in Dong Thap Muoi Conservation and Ecotourism Area.

HOW TO APPLY:

Bidders are invited to submit their bid by email or directly to:

WWF-Viet Nam office in HCM City with the following address:  Floor 6 – Hoang Anh Safomec Building, 3/1 Thanh Thai, Ward 14, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.

Bids must be sealed and has the subject of “Ho so Thau-Goi thau so FY24-0469 “Dich vu trong rung” – KHONG DUOC MO TRUOC 9/10/2023”

Bidders who submit electronic proposal must follow the following submission instructions:

• The Bid shall be protected by a password which shall be kept with the bidder. Purchaser would then request the password to open the file well before the Bid opening time. However, if the company loses the password or in case the file could not be opened, Purchaser would not assume responsibility;
• The electronic file shall be in the form of MS word or MS excel or PDF;
• Please send the electronic Bid to [email protected] [2] . Your e-mail must have the subject heading as “Nop Ho so thau- [ten nha thau]-Dich vu trong rung-FY24-0469”.
• Please be aware that a Bid emailed to WWF-Viet Nam will be rejected if it is received after the deadline for bid submission. As an email may take some time to arrive after it is sent, especially if it contains a lot of information, we advise all bidders to send email submissions well before the deadline;
• Maximum size for electronic submission: The maximum size per email that Purchaser can receive is 25MB.
