The deadline for the submission of Concept Notes is 24 August 2020 at 12:00 Brussels time (17:00 Vietnam time)
The concept note, full application and supporting documents must be submitted online via PROSPECT https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/europeaid/prospect [2] following the instructions given in the PROSPECT user manual.
