UN Women Viet Nam is seeking for 4 following consultancy posts:
- A National Gender Consultant – Team leader [1] to lead a team to review existing and mainstream gender into coming Agriculture and Rural Development Strategy for the period of 2021 – 2030 and Agriculture and Rural Development Plan for the period of 2021 – 2026 (please see TOR 1 attached for more details)
- A National Agriculture and Rural Development Consultant-Team member [2] to contribute to review Agriculture and Rural Development Strategy for the period of 2010 – 2020; Contribute to gender mainstreaming for the Agriculture and Rural Development Strategy for the period of 2021 – 2030 (please see TOR 2 attached for more details)
- A National Gender Consultant – Team leader [3] to lead a team to conduct Gender Review and Gender Impact Assessment for the National Target Programme on New Rural Development (NTP-NRD) Programme for the period of 2010-2020 and mainstream gender into the NTP-NRD programme for the period of 2021 – 2031 (please see TOR 3 attached for more details)
- An Agriculture and Rural Development National Consultant-Team member [4] to team up with the National Gender Consultant to conduct Gender Review and Gender Impact Assessment for the National Target Programme on New Rural Development (NTP-NRD) Programme for the period of 2010-2020 and mainstream gender into the NTP-NRD programme for the period of 2021 – 2031 (please see TOR 4 attached for more details)

Technical component
- Letter of interest clearly stating relevant experience and qualifications against required qualifications as stated in Section 9 above.
- Signed Curriculum Vitae with contact details for 3 references.
Financial proposal (with signature)
The financial proposal shall specify a total lump sum amount in VND for consultancy fees. The consultant does not have to include financial proposal for travel to project site/meetings or workshop in the fields as such costs are covered by UN Women.
Please note that the cost of preparing a proposal and of negotiating a contract, including any related travel, is not reimbursable as a direct cost of the assignment.
If quoted in another currency, prices shall be converted to VND at UN Exchange Rate at the submission deadline.
