PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified consultant agency to design, develop, pilot and implement a monitoring information system (MIS). Could you please study the details in the attached files and send us your proposals paying attention to the followings:
- Submit PSI quotation to quote your proposed finance in a sealed envelope.
- Submit a Technical proposal (created by you) in a sealed envelope.
- Properly sign and stamp your proposals (if you are a company)
- Indicate outside the envelops with: “PSI request – Service–2012-047 for development of MIS”

The deadline for submitting both technical and financial proposals separately is 1th June, 2012 at PSI's Office at 4th Floor, Side B, Toserco Building, 273 Kim Ma, Hanoi. If it is sent via post, the time on the postage stamp will be referred to. Proposals which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
