Evaluation and selection methodology:

Bidders who submit their documents following the submission deadline requirement, with complete details of the required documents, will be considered for evaluation. Quotation will be evaluated using the simplified Quality and Cost-based selection method with a maximum total quality score of 60 points and a maximum total cost score of 40 points. The quotation with the lowest total price declared in the submitted quotation will get a maximum cost score of 40 points. The cost score of the remaining quotations is calculated by the formula: lowest price/price under evaluation*40. The bidder whose quotation receives the highest score will be invited for contract negotiation.

The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.

The deadline for receiving quotations is 17:00 of May 24, 2024.
