MAG is an international humanitarian non-governmental organization clearing remnant of conflicts in current and former conflict zones.  Present in Vietnam since 1999, MAG has been working to maximize community safety and help those most-at-risk reduce their chance of being in a UXO accident.

We are seeking a strong qualified Fleet Officer (short-term of 6 months) who will provide support at base level to the fleet coordinator in order to effectively manages and coordinates MAG vehicle fleet, mechanical assets, attachments, strimmers and generator, ensuring their availability, reliability, compliance, and safety.

Key requirements for the position include:

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, mechanics or a related field.
• Driver’s license: Class B or above
• Other relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management.

Essential Experience

• At least 1 years of experience in fleet operation
• Experience in vehicle maintenance and repair
• Experience in procurement processes of fleet or mechanical parts;
• Experience in developing and implementing service and maintenance plan for fleet;

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Able to work and communicate in English is preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good time-management and organization skills
• Computer proficiency
• Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to fleet management in Vietnam.
