Key Expert 1: Full-Time Team Leader in Development Cooperation Policy

Intended start date: end of October 2024 for a duration of 3 years

Operational base: Hanoi

Deadline to apply: 12.04.2024

REQUIREMENTS

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in a discipline relevant to international cooperation, such as political science, economics or social science;
• A minimum of 15 years of professional experience working in development cooperation policy with governments and/or for development partners;
• A minimum of 10 years of working experience in project management including identification and formulation, planning, budgeting and project monitoring and evaluation;
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a developing country;
• Previous working experience in an ASEAN country would be an asset;
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as Team Leader in development projects;
• Designed and/or implemented at least 5 projects, of which at least 3 EU-funded, in any field relevant to this contract (i.e Climate change, Energy, Agriculture, Forestry, Trade and Private sector development, Education, Human Rights or Governance, etc);
• Designed and/or implemented at least 1 EU-funded project in ASEAN countries;
