SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER (Vietnam Australia Centre)

The Embassy of Australia in Hanoi is looking for a talented and energetic individual to fulfil the position of Senior Program Manager – Vietnam Australia Centre (LE7) within the Development Section.

Working for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Senior Program Manager (Vietnam Australia Centre) is responsible for facilitating the implementation of the VAC Strategy (2023-2026).The position provides high level program management and support to policy implementation on public sector leadership in Vietnam.

Applicants should have significant experience managing international development programs focused on human resource development in Southeast Asia, strong understanding of, and experience working with the Communist Party of Vietnam and/or Government of Vietnam, and demonstrated leadership, people, and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English languages are essential.

The position is an Ongoing/Permanent position. The successful applicant will be offered an initial contract for a 12-month period with an option to renew to ongoing/indefinite period.

The Embassy will consider flexible work arrangements. The full-time monthly gross salary ranges from VND 89,507,077 to VND 100,741,005, depending on skills and experience.
