PATH is supporting several factories to implement Working Environment Assessment and Classification which is required to be implemented annually by the Government. This assessment also helps to remain a standard working environment for the workers to ensure their health and safety, as a result, it maintains labor productivity for the factory. Therefore, we are looking for a vendor who provides goods and services as detailed in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) attached.
The vendor will conduct following activities:
To implement a package of working environment assessment and classification in 2 factories.
If you can provide us a detailed quotation, please:
- Submit the quotation that itemizes the cost for tablets and cost for distribution
- Submit your company qualified profile, your company information (name, address, registration, bank information…)
- Refer to further information in the RFQ
