Consultant(s) to Carry out End of Term Evaluation

VVOB is looking for a consultant (or team of consultants) to carry out the End of Term Evaluation of the programme: “Mitigating Preschool Children’s Barriers to Learning in Disadvantaged and Ethnically Diverse Districts (BaMi)” 2017-2021 in Vietnam, funded by Belgian Government, Directorate General for Development Cooperation (DGD).

Programme background

The BaMi programme centres on strengthening the professional development of teachers and school leaders in early childhood education (ECE) in three provinces with disadvantaged and ethnically diverse districts in Central Vietnam, with the following specific objective (outcome): Preschool teachers in disadvantaged and ethnically diverse districts of Kon Tum, Quang Nam, and Quang Ngai provinces in Central Vietnam have the competences to improve the quality of learning for all 3- to 5-year old children in preschools.

Timeline of key activities and deliverables

It is anticipated that the assignment will commence in March 2021 and will be concluded before the end of December 2021. Time bound activities and deliverables will be included in the contract that will be offered to the consultant with the winning proposal.
