Viet Nam Assistance for the Handicapped (VNAH) with USAID funding is implementing the project “Disability Rights Enforcement, Coordination and Therapies –DIRECT”.  In this project, VNAH will support MOLISA to assess the Rehabilitation System within MOLISA sector  using WHO’s method and tools. In addition, MOLISA is developing the “Social Health Program from 2020 to 2030” base on the result of the assessment.  As a result, Social Protection Department (MOLISA) and VNAH is seeking for consultant to collect and synthesize data to support the Rehabilitation Assessment within MOLISA sector and support the development of the Social Health Program  from 2020 to 2030 . Tentative timeframe for this consultant service is from April to October, 2019.
