IT Manager; Intern for Operation Team

The USAID Linkages for Small and Medium Enterprises (LinkSME) Project is a five-year (2018-2023) ODA project in Vietnam funded by United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by IESC, a U.S. organization. The specific objectives of LinkSME are to (i) strengthen the SME-foreign firm business linkage framework; and (ii) enhance Vietnamese SMEs’ capacity to participate in the global value chain in five sectors. The objective of LinkSME is to accelerate the project approval process with the Government of Vietnam (GoV).

LinkSME now seeks an Long-term Part-time IT Manager for Hanoi Office and an Intern to work for its office in HCMC with SoWs attached.
