Team/Company of Evaluators to Conduct Base-line Survey

Plan is an international humanitarian, child-centered community development organization without religious, political or government affiliation. Plan Vietnam, in cooperation with the local authorities, is currently implementing projects in 9 provinces and cities in the northern and central regions of the country. Plan Vietnam is implemented Country Strategic Plan CSP4 for 2016-2020, which outlines the situation of children, and Plan’s response to these issues in the areas of health, education, livelihoods, child protection, water and environmental sanitation.

The Department of Political Education and Student Affairs is a unit under the Ministry of Education and Training, with functions and tasks to help the Minister in implementing state management of political education and student affairs.

At present, Plan International Vietnam is cooperating with the Department of Political Education and Student Affairs - Ministry of Education and Training to replicate the model of Gender Responsive Schools Project (on prevention and response to School related gender based violence) in 5 provinces of Ha Giang, Lai Chau, Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Kon Tum for 3 years 2018 – 2021.

Task: We are looking for a team/company of evaluators to conduct the base-line survey of the “Gender Responsive Schools” project in 05 provinces of Ha Giang, Lai Chau, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Kon Tum (Project VNM190012). Please refer to the ToR for more details.
