Position Title: Program Executive Officer
Period of Assignment: April 2018 to March 2019 (plus possible 3-year extension)
Location: Hanoi, with frequent travel to Project areas in Son La and Lao Cai provinces.

Cowater is recruiting a Program Executive Officer to support a  socio-economic development initiative, Aus4Equality, funded through the Australian Aid Program in Vietnam.  Aus4Equality aims to increase women’s economic participation and decision-making through improved access to markets and more effective engagement in the agriculture and tourism value chains in ethnic minority regions of North-West Vietnam.

Statement of Duty:

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Program Executive Officer is responsible to providing high level administrative services to the Aus4Equality technical program team.
