Experts at CDSH

The Center for Development of Science Technology and Community Development (CDSH) is seeking 05 national specialists to support WASH project. This project will be implemented under the Water and Sanitation Program (a multi-donor funded program led by the World Bank). This project will support the Result-based Scaling up Rural Sanitation and Water Supply in the Northern Mountains and Central Highlands (NM-CH) Program (SupRSWS). This program covers 680 communes out of the 3,125 communes in 21 provinces  in the Northern Mountain and Central Highlands: Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Lam Dong, Bac Can, Bac Giang, Cao Bang, Dien Bien, Ha Giang, Hoa Binh, Lai Chau, Lang Son, Lao Cai, Phu Tho, Son La, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Yen Bai, Binh Thuan and Ninh Thuan.

We are looking for Vietnamese experts or international experts who live in Vietnam:

1. A Team leader with experience in planning, capacity building, local service delivery, supply chain development in Vietnam
2. A Senior Training and Capacity Building Specialist
3. A Supply Chain Specialist to identify small businesses who can supply sanitation equipment (e.g. latrines), deliver training to them, strengthen partnerships to support these small businesses
4. A Sanitation Behaviour Change Communication Specialist
5. An Ethnic Minority Specialist
