International Consultant for Value Chain Study

The Sustainable Rural Development for the Poor Project in Quang Binh province (SRDP Quang Binh) is financed by International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and operating in 6 districts Le Thuy, Quang Ninh, Bo Trach, Quang Trach, Tuyen Hoa and Minh Hoa of Quang Binh province, central region of Vietnam. The Project commences from 1st January 2014 to 31st December 2018. In order to start the initial activities the Project has to implement the Component 1, with sub-component 2: Improvement of market development capacity in which one of activities is to study potentially viable pro-poor value chains opportunities in 40 communes of 6 districts. To lead the assignment, support Project VCFU, collaborate with a national consultant group and fulfill the tasks we would like to seek for an International Consultant for Value Chain opportunity study, the ToR is attached.
