Call for Proposals: Afforestation Result Assessment in Dien Bien Province

Project for Sustainable Forest Management in the Northwest Watershed Area (SUSFORM- NOW) is a bilateral technical cooperation project funded and assisted by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Dien Bien Province with the project duration of five years from August 2010 to August 2015.

SUSFORM-NOW is now calling for proposals for the following consultancy work:

• Afforestation Result Assessment in Dien Bien Province

which involves afforestation geo-database development and tree growth assessment (see the TOR for more detail).

Interested organizations and groups should send a proposal including (1) personal profiles of the consultant team (attach CV of each member also), (2) survey design and methodologies, (3) cost estimate to the project office by email ([email protected]) by the above deadline. The proposal should be less than 15 pages including Annexes but excluding CVs, should be written both in English and Vietnamese (it is acceptable to have CVs only in English).
