Results - Based Management of Development Interventions

Sambodhi Research & Management Institute is pleased to announce the training programme on Results - Based Management of Development Interventions to be held at New Delhi from 1 - 2 December 2011. 
Results-Based Management (or RBM) – a life cycle approach to management that integrates strategy, people, resources, processes, and measurements – helps improve decision making, accountability, and transparency in organizations by focusing on outcomes, performance measurement, learning and adapting.
 
The two-day training is designed to increase knowledge and augment skills of development practitioners for enabling Results-Based Management of interventions.
 
The course shall provide:
- 12-16 hours of tutorials
- Reading and reference material
- Follow-on support through electronic media
