Vietnam War Era Bomb Found at Northern Vietnam Road Construction Site

The military bomb squad removes a 400-kilogram bomb in Quang Binh Province in January, 2012. The military command of the northern province of Quang Binh said Wednesday that a 700-lb (368-kilogram) wartime bomb had been found at a local road construction site, Vietnam News Agency reported. The 1.17-meter bomb, found 10 meters below the ground, contained 160 kg of explosives, according to the military command.
